The cucuteño has some characteristic features that makes him or her interesting, liked by some and disliked by others.

He loves to chat with fine humour or as we say here to chat "mamar gallo" or "to pull one's leg" no matter the time of day, whether cold or the most ruthless heat, is one of its main characteristics.

The cucuteño is the result of an aggressive and hard environment; of an arid and dry landscape; of a bright sky, infinitely blue; of the breeze of its winds that refines and sweetens it; it is contradictory, selfish and generous, according to his emotions; he is elusive to associate, individualistic and insecure; he is supportive when reality is posed; the entrepreneur and, above all, merchant by necessity; in love with his land when he is far away, and uncompromising when he is living it; has a code of honor placed at the base of its social structure, based on the family as the cornerstone of its creation and future development.

El cucuteño tiene unos rasgos característicos que lo hacen interesante, gusta a unos y disgusta a otros.

Le encanta sobremanera charlar con fino humor o como decimos acá charlar "mamando gallo" no importa la hora del día, haya frío o el más despiadado calor, es una de sus características principales.

El cucuteño es el resultado de ese entorno agresivo y duro; de un paisaje árido y seco; de un cielo brillante, infinitamente azul; de la brisa de sus vientos que le perfecciona y dulcifican ; es contradictorio, egoísta y generoso, según sus emociones; es esquivo a asociarse, individualista e inseguro; es solidario cuando la realidad se lo plantea; el empresario y, sobre todo, comerciante por necesidad; enamorado de su tierra cuando está lejos, y sin compromisos cuando la está viviendo; no creen blasones, ni en vínculos de estirpe; tiene un código de honor se coloca en la base de su estructura social, basado en la familia como piedra angular de su creación y futuro desarrollo.
